Plantation and Civil Work in Urban Area Development Authority Bannu

Urban Area Development Authority Bannu invites bids through EPADS from eligible bidders in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope System. The procurement is for the Major Head: Urban Plantation Drive 2025-26, specifically for the Sub Head works: - Plantation in UADA Bannu - Civil Work in UADA Bannu The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 50.00 Million. Bidders are required to submit 2% of the estimated cost as Earnest Money and pay a bidding document fee of Rs. 5000/-. The PEC registration category required is C-5 & Above with special codes CE10(v), CE11(i), CE09(ii), and EE11(i)(iii). The scope includes plantation and civil works within the Urban Area Development Authority Bannu jurisdiction. Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-2026, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN, valid vendor number, ISO-PNAC certificate if required, and enlisted with the Provincial enlistment committee KP and UADA Bannu for the current year. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 24/10/2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security and document fees must be sent via registered post or courier to the Director UADA Bannu by 23/10/2026 till 1500 hours. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 24-10-2026 if required. Bidders should carefully review the bidding data clause 11.3 for technical bid documentation and evaluation criteria.
