Supply of Pneumatic Breaker for SNGPL Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of a pneumatic breaker, to be delivered at their Lahore base. This procurement is being conducted under a single stage two envelope system, where technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes within a single package. The technical proposal will be opened first, and only technically compliant bids will have their financial proposals opened at a later stage. Items being procured: - Pneumatic Breaker (quantity and detailed specifications to be provided in the tender documents) The scope of supply includes the provision of a pneumatic breaker as per the technical specifications outlined in Appendix F of the bidding documents. The delivery must be made to SNGPL's Base Stores Manga (D), and the offer must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date. Bidders are required to submit technical literature, a completed questionnaire, commentary on technical specifications, quantity offered, bid bond as per clause 17, and delivery period details. The financial proposal must include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax registration certificate, income tax certificate (if applicable), and a copy of the questionnaire. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money/bid bond, compliance with SNGPL's technical and commercial terms, and provision of all required documentation. Only one authorized representative per bidder may attend the bid opening, and an authority letter is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers, clearly marked as confidential, and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. The deadline for submission is 18 May 2026 at 14:30 hours, with bid opening at 15:00 hours the same day. Bids received after the deadline or without proper bid security will not be considered.
