Provision of Various Police Vehicles and Motorcycles for Traffic Police Peshawar

Traffic Police Peshawar invites bids for the provision of various vehicles and motorcycles for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the operational capacity of the traffic police with a diverse fleet of vehicles and motorcycles. Items being procured: - 2 Toyota Revo DC vehicles model 2023 - 4 Toyota Double Cabin vehicles model 2010-11-23-26 - 39 Toyota Single Cabin vehicles model 2012-2020-2026 - 1 Hyundai I10 Sedan model 2014 - 4 Toyota Corolla cars model 1995-2004-2017-2026 - 1 Tow vehicle model 2014 - 15 Suzuki Cultus cars model 2015 - 2 Honda Bikes model 2008-2009 - 18 Forklifts model 2015 - 79 Suzuki Motorcycles 250cc model 2015 - 20 Honda Motorcycles 250cc model 2020 - 11 Honda Motorcycles 150cc model 2020-24 - 11 Honda Motorcycles 125cc model 2020-24 - 2 Heavy Generators The technical scope includes supply of vehicles and motorcycles in good working condition, suitable for traffic enforcement duties in Peshawar. The vehicles must meet the specifications and standards set by the Traffic Police department. Bidders must ensure all vehicles are registered and roadworthy with valid documentation. The procurement also includes forklifts and heavy generators to support operational logistics. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a 2% Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a bank draft. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying vehicles to government departments. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately. Bids solicitation documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Traffic Officer Peshawar. The tender is open to all eligible bidders except those blacklisted by the government.
