Supply of Polyethylene Transition Fittings for Natural Gas Distribution

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi is procuring Polyethylene Transition Fittings (PE-100) for its Natural Gas Distribution Network. This procurement covers supply of fittings including transition fittings of various sizes such as 4"x125mm, 2"x63mm, 6"x180mm, and 8"x250mm. Delivery is to be made within 60 days after placement of purchase order at the site store in Karachi. The technical scope includes assembly, testing, inspection, marking, packing, handling, and transportation of fittings. The fittings must sustain gas pressure as per standards, be leak-proof, and comply with ISO and ASTM specifications. The fittings include polyethylene pipes, steel pipes, MS sockets, zinc plated MS steel retainers, and fusion bonded epoxy powder coating.
