Supply of Portable Moisture Analyzer

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of a Portable Moisture Analyzer under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2335/26. The procurement is for a high-quality moisture analyzer device to be delivered to Faisalabad-T. The tender follows a single stage two envelope system, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Items being procured: - Portable Moisture Analyzer The tender documents include general terms, instructions to bidders, bid form, price schedules for foreign and local suppliers, technical specifications, specimen letters for authority, bid bond, performance/warranty bond guarantee, integrity pact, purchase order specimen, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, blacklisting mechanism, and declaration of beneficial owner's information. Bidders must submit their offers with a validity of 90 days from the closing date. Delivery must conform to the schedule and be free delivery at Faisalabad-T. Bids must include sales tax and income tax certificates if applicable. The technical proposal will be opened first, and only technically compliant bids will have their financial proposals opened later. The bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL by 24-09-2026 at 1430 hours at the office of the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids will be publicly opened at 1500 hours the same day. Late bids or bids without original bid security will be rejected. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public opening. Eligibility requires compliance with all terms, including PEC registration if applicable, FBR registration, and earnest money submission. Bidders should ensure their quotations conform fully to technical specifications to avoid disqualification.
