Provision and Outsourcing of Postal and Cleaning Services, Certification, and Procurement of Data Center Equipment for National Telecommunication Corporation Islamabad

National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites electronic bids from registered suppliers, contractors, and service providers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration for multiple service and procurement contracts. The scope includes provision of postal services for NTC Headquarters for a period of three years, outsourcing of cleaning services specifically for the main facade at NTC HQs also for three years, preparation, implementation, and certification services for ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards for NTC Data Centers, and procurement of data center facility equipment including power, UPS, and cooling systems for the NTC Data Center in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Provision of Postal Services for NTC HQs for a Period of Three (03) Years - Outsourcing of Services for Clearing of Main Facade at NTC HQs for a Period of Three Years - Preparation, Implementation and Certification services for ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, for NTC Data Centers - Procurement of Data Center Facility Equipment (Power, UPS & Cooling) for NTC Data Center, Islamabad Bidders must submit electronic bids through the EPADS 2.0 portal (www.epads.gov.pk) by the specified closing dates and times. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the closing time.
