Tender Description
The Real Estate Division of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids for the supply and installation of power factor capacitors at State Life Buildings located in Hyderabad. This procurement is specifically aimed at enhancing the electrical efficiency of the buildings by installing high-quality capacitors and related electrical components.
The technical scope includes the supply and installation of 50 KVAR, 25 KVAR, and 10-15 KVAR 3-phase power factor capacitors made by RTR Spain, along with Schneider 150 ampere 3-phase contractors and imported HRC fuses ranging from 63 to 125 amperes. All equipment must be complete and installed in accordance with the specifications provided. The work site is the State Life Building No.3, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity. Submission of a valid bid security of PKR 20,000 in the form of a pay order or banker's cheque is mandatory. Bidders should also provide a company profile, experience certificates, and other mandatory documents as per the tender requirements.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) until 20-06-2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 25-06-2026 at 11:00 AM, with the original bid security submitted in hard copy. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders' representatives at the State Life Building Hyderabad.
