Pre-Qualification for Air Conditioning, Electrical, Water Supply, Lighting, Transformers, and Pump Maintenance Works at Turbat, Karachi, and Islamabad

The Pakistan Navy, Military Engineer Services, through its HQ DW&CE (Navy), Islamabad, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for a diverse set of engineering works across Turbat, Karachi, and Islamabad. This notice is aimed at experienced contractors who are registered with MES in Category A or B, or with other government departments, and have a proven track record in similar works. Items being procured: - Air Conditioning System of Sports Complex and Water Filtration System for Swimming Pool at Turbat - Uplifting of Internal Electric, Water Supply and Gas Fitting Fixture at Manora, Karachi - Provision of Lights in Football Ground and Sports Center at Karachi - Maintenance of Transformers at Islamabad - Provision of Lights in Cricket Ground at Karachi - Repair / Maintenance of 28 x Motor Pumps at Islamabad The technical scope covers installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, water filtration, internal electrification, gas fitting, sports facility lighting, transformer upkeep, and pump repairs. These works are spread across multiple cities, requiring firms to demonstrate capability in multi-site project execution. Applicants must submit a comprehensive company profile, including details of similar works completed in the last five years, manpower lists with valid PEC numbers, tools and machinery held, and financial statements for the past two years. Valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates are mandatory. Firms not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council or those whose registration expires before 30 June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favour of DW&CE (Navy), Islamabad. Applications must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 24 August 2026. Bids will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. For best results, ensure all supporting documents are up to date and clearly reference relevant project experience, as incomplete applications will not be entertained.
