The Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites applications for the Pre-Qualification of Air Travel Agencies and related services under a framework agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27. This pre-qualification process aims to identify capable and eligible air travel agencies to supply on-demand travel services to the Pakistan Sports Board. The pre-qualification is open to national applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and will enable shortlisted agencies to participate in subsequent bidding processes. Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification of Air Travel Agencies / services under framework agreement The scope includes provision of air travel services with geographical coverage including Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Quetta airports, protocol services for contingents, 24/7/365 service availability at travel agent offices and airport desks, e-ticketing facilities, visa processing, and abroad services. Applicants must have NTN, GST, ATL, and IATA accreditation certificates, a minimum of 5-10 years relevant business experience, and a minimum credit limit of Rs. 500 million for at least two months. Financial turnover and banking transactions of Rs. 500 million per annum are required along with an affidavit of non-blacklisting and audit statements for the last three years. Applicants may apply individually or as a joint venture with a maximum of two members.
