Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Annual Maintenance & Repair Electrical & Mechanical Works

The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division South Waziristan Lower invites electronic applications through EPADS from eligible contractors enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. The notice concerns pre-qualification for participation in the subsequent bidding process for Annual Maintenance & Repair (AM&R) Electrical & Mechanical works. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification applications for contractors specialized in Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and repair works. Detailed terms, conditions, scope of work, and eligibility criteria are provided in the Bidding Solicitation Documents (BSDs) available on EPADS and at the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division South Waziristan Lower during office hours. Interested contractors must submit their pre-qualification applications online through EPADS by 18-08-2026 at 11:00 hours. Eligibility requirements include a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License C-6 Category with specialization codes CE-09 & CE-10, workshop ownership certificates or lease agreements, a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, active registration with FBR and NTN, an affidavit attested by a Cash Commissioner confirming the company/firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity, and active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Applications will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Only pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to participate in the forthcoming bidding process. Contractors are advised to carefully review all eligibility criteria and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
