Pre-Qualification for Annual Repairs and Maintenance of Office Building and Furniture

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and reputed workshops registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement involves annual repairs and maintenance services for office buildings and furniture. Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification of repair and maintenance of office building - Pre-Qualification of repair and maintenance of furniture and fixture Bidding documents will be collected and submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. Tender bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry's Committee Room, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1 Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives as per PPRA Rule 13(1). Interested bidders must register on EPADS and can obtain bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms from the Ministry, PPRA, and EPADS websites. A refundable bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer (General), Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, must be attached with the bid. Bidders must comply with Rule-25 and Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. This pre-qualification is an opportunity for eligible firms with relevant experience and proper tax registration to participate in government repair and maintenance contracts.
