Pre-Qualification for Annual Repairs and Maintenance Workshop for Vehicles and Motorcycles

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad invites bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and reputed stationers workshops registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. These bidders must have their own offices or stocks in Rawalpindi or Islamabad during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification of workshop(s) for the Repair and Maintenance of different make/model of vehicles and motorcycles including Suzuki, Toyota, Kia Picanto, Honda etc., both Protected and Non-Protected Vehicles. The scope includes annual repairs and maintenance services for the specified vehicles and motorcycles. Bidders must be registered and compliant with FBR and ATL requirements. A bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order (refundable) in favor of Section Officer (General), Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, must be attached with the bid. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any proposal prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rules 2004. Tender bids will be collected and opened as per schedule through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The opening of bids will take place at 11 A.M. in the Committee Room of the Ministry, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders should register and submit documents on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure timely submission through the online portal to avoid disqualification.
