Tender Description
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Islamabad invites pre-qualification proposals from reputed, financially sound, and technically capable companies, workshops, or authorized service centres specializing in Toyota, Honda, and Suzuki motors for repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This procurement is specifically for service providers located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, aiming to establish a panel of pre-qualified vendors for the financial year 2025-2026, with possible extension up to three years based on performance.
The scope includes routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements, mechanical and electrical repairs, air conditioning servicing, suspension, brake and transmission repairs, denting, painting, upholstery, bodywork, supply and installation of genuine spare parts, and emergency roadside repair and recovery services. Services will be provided on a revolving credit basis, ensuring continuous support for FPSC's official fleet.
Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, GST, and Active Taxpayer List registration, ownership or lease of workshop premises, minimum three years of experience maintaining government or corporate fleets, qualified technical staff with expertise in the relevant brands, availability of diagnostic tools and machinery, financial stability verified by bank statements for FY 2025-2026, and proof of access to genuine parts. Pre-qualification demands a minimum score of 60 out of 100 based on detailed evaluation criteria. An affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming no blacklisting and a bid security of Rs.50,000 in favor of FPSC must be submitted.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS platform by 9th July 2026 at 01:30 pm, with opening at 02:00 pm the same day. Original bid security and affidavit must be delivered to the Assistant Director (Logistics-I), FPSC HQs, Aga Khan Road, Islamabad before the deadline. Bidders should carefully follow the instructions in the bidding document available free of cost on E-PADS, PPRA, and FPSC websites.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, including scanned copies and originals, are submitted timely and in proper format to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advisable to address any technical issues on the E-PADS platform. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for authorized service centres to secure a long-term contract with a prestigious federal institution, emphasizing quality, warranty, and compliance.
