Tender Description
The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites interested firms and workshops to pre-qualify for the repair and maintenance of operational vehicles. This pre-qualification is for establishing Framework Agreements for recurrent repair and maintenance services of various makes and models of vehicles. The scope includes mechanical and electrical repair, engine overhauling, denting and painting, diagnostic services, wheel alignment and balancing, and supply or replacement of spare parts including tyres, batteries, and other consumables as required.

The pre-qualification process requires firms to demonstrate relevant experience and capability in vehicle repair and maintenance. Applicants must have qualified technical personnel, necessary machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment, and sufficient workshop, parking, and inspection space. They must also have access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts and consumables. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration is mandatory. Firms must submit an affidavit declaring they are not blacklisted or debarred by any government or procuring agency. The pre-qualified service provider will maintain an emergency response arrangement and respond to urgent vehicle repair needs within the agreed response time. Defective workmanship or replaced parts failing during warranty must be rectified or replaced at no extra cost. The procurement committee may inspect workshops and facilities as part of the evaluation.
Interested firms/workshops must submit their applications for pre-qualification through EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 p.m. on 28.09.2026. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad. A bid security/earnest money of Rs. 150,000 in the form of call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad must accompany the application.
