Pre-Qualification of Automobile Workshops/Dealership/Firms for Repair & Maintenance of Operational Vehicles

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites interested automobile workshops, dealerships, and firms to pre-qualify for the repair and maintenance of operational vehicles. This pre-qualification is conducted under Rules 15, 16, and 16A of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended, aiming to establish Framework Agreement(s) for recurrent repair and maintenance services. Items being procured: - Mechanical and electrical repair of various makes and models - Engine overhauling - Denting and painting - Diagnostic services - Wheel alignment and balancing - Supply and replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries - Other related consumables as required The scope includes comprehensive vehicle maintenance services ensuring operational readiness. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience, possess qualified technical personnel, necessary machinery, diagnostic tools, and adequate workshop and parking facilities. They must also show access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts and consumables. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration is mandatory. Firms must submit an affidavit declaring they are not blacklisted or debarred by any federal or provincial government or public sector organization. Applications must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 p.m. on 28.09.2026. The opening of applications will occur the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad.
