Pre-Qualification of Automobile Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Operational Vehicles

The Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from automobile workshops, dealerships, and firms for the repair and maintenance of operational vehicles through a Framework Agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for recurrent repair and maintenance services of various makes and models of operational vehicles. Items being procured: - Mechanical and electrical repair - Engine overhauling - Denting and painting - Diagnostic services - Wheel alignment and balancing - Supply and replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries - Related consumables as required The scope includes all necessary materials, machinery, and technical services to maintain operational vehicles efficiently. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience, possess qualified technical personnel, and have adequate workshop and parking facilities. They must also have access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts and consumables. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration is mandatory. Applicants must submit an affidavit declaring they are not blacklisted or debarred by any government or procuring agency. Applications must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 11:15 a.m. on 23-10-2026. The opening of applications will take place the same day at 11:45 a.m. at the Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad. A bid security/earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad, is required with the application.
