Pre-Qualification of Boring Contractors for Hiring Services of Boring and Installation of Deep Well Ground Beds

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites proposals for the Pre-Qualification of Engineering Contractors for specialized services of Boring/Drilling and Installation of Deep Well Ground Beds for Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) Systems across its operational network in Lahore. Items being procured: - Hiring of services for boring - Installation of deep well ground beds The prequalification documents and bid evaluation criteria can be downloaded from EPADS 2.0 under Open Framework Agreement, Corrosion Control Department, SNGPL Lahore. Applications complete in all respects must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before the closing date and time of 19-10-2026 at 11:00 Hours. Firms previously pre-qualified from Financial Year 2023 till 2026 with SNGPL as boring contractors are also required to apply afresh. Eligibility includes relevant PEC category registration, FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar works. Earnest Money or Bid Security details are provided in the prequalification documents. The submission and opening of bids will be conducted electronically via EPADS 2.0 portal. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical and financial requirements and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
