Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply and Maintenance of Building Accessories for FBR HQ Islamabad

Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad invites sealed bids from firms, sole proprietors, and dealers for pre-qualification to supply and maintain various building accessories and repair/maintenance of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for the FBR headquarters located at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Different types of building accessories - Repair and maintenance services for office building items and machinery The scope includes supply of genuine accessories with sufficient warranty, replacement of faulty parts within warranty period without charges, and maintenance of office building materials including paint, plumbing items, fixtures, fittings, and hardware. Firms must have their own state-of-the-art shops/offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and be registered with PPRA, Income Tax, and Sales Tax Departments, and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Eligibility criteria require at least two years of relevant experience, proof of similar works, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation in last five years, sound financial position with bank statements, and submission of a bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of DDO, FBR (HQ), Islamabad. Bids must be submitted by hand or courier to the Secretary (Admin), FBR (HQ), Constitution Avenue, Islamabad by 10:30 AM on 24th August 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the FBR conference room. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all registration documents and bid security are complete and submitted timely, as incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. Also, firms should be prepared to respond promptly to work orders within three days and provide emergent services on the same day if required. This pre-qualification process is conducted under PPRA Rules 2004, and FBR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
