Pre-Qualification of Carriage Contractors for Transportation of Industrial Rock Salt

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites pre-qualification documents from eligible, reputable, and experienced firms or consortia registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and PRA who are active taxpayers. The pre-qualification is for carriage contractors to provide transportation services for Industrial Rock Salt under an Open Framework Agreement as per PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Carriage contractor services for transportation of Industrial Rock Salt (in various forms) from PMDC Makrach Weighbridge/PMDC Makrach Mines (Direct) sites - Delivery to different client locations across Pakistan including Faisalabad, Lahore, Sheikhupura, and other cities nationwide The scope includes transportation of industrial rock salt from PMDC sites to various client locations across Pakistan. Shortlisted or prequalified firms will be invited to participate in subsequent carriage contractor service inquiries on a case-to-case basis. Pre-qualification documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from PMDC Head Office at Plot No. 13, Sector H/9, Islamabad upon payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable). Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the pre-qualification documents and submitted via registered post to PMDC Head Office Islamabad before the deadline of August 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The opening of pre-qualification proposals will be on the same day at 11:30 AM with participation of representatives from interested firms if present.
