Tender Description
The Garrison Engineer (Army) Pano Aqil Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various civil, electrical, mechanical, and solar system works under the ambit of PPRA Rules 33 (1) of 2004. This tender notice is specifically for contractors interested in working within the area of responsibility of GE (A) Pano Aqil.
Items being procured:
- TC B&R Block A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & Misc Area
- TC E&M Block A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & Misc Area
- DC Work Block A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & Misc Area
- Installation / Up-Gradation of Solar System at various locations
- Re-carpeting of Roads / patch works at various locations
- Retrofitting, roof treatments, installation of electric appliances and machinery
- Misc Lump Sum Contract of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical works
The scope covers a range of construction and maintenance works including building repairs, electrical and mechanical installations, solar system upgrades, and road patching within the Pano Aqil cantonment area. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit valid registration documents along with NTN and professional tax certificates. Firms not enlisted with MES must provide a statement of previous works executed in the last two years.
Applications must be submitted to the Garrison Engineer (A) Pano Aqil Cantt office. Sealed tenders will be received after 15 days of advertisement on the PPRA website at 1130 hrs and opened at 1200 hrs on the same date. Contractors should ensure all documents are complete to avoid rejection. For further details, contact the GE (A) Pano Aqil office between 0900 to 1400 hrs on working days.
