Pre-Qualification as Clearing & Forwarding Agents on TCP's Panel

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (TCP) Karachi, a state owned commercial organization under Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for pre-qualification on TCP's panel from certified firms/companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and other relevant authorities. Applicants must have minimum five years' experience in Clearing & Forwarding of bulk, break bulk and containerized cargo of commodities like sugar, urea, wheat, soybeans, etc. for Pre-Qualification as Clearing & Forwarding Agent on TCP's panel. TCP intends to prequalify Clearing & Forwarding Agents for invitation to bids and signing framework agreements with selected bidders under Open Framework Agreements. The services include on-demand provision of Clearing & Forwarding Agency from reputable sole proprietorships/firms/companies with relevant experience at Karachi Port and Port Bin Qasim, holding legal and valid licenses for operation as Clearing & Forwarding Agents through subsequent Call-off Contracts with successful bidders. The purpose is to enable potential applicants to decide on responding to this Prequalification Notice. Only prequalified applicants will participate in procurement proceedings. Invitation to Bids will be made to prequalified applicants during September 2026 till September 2028. Framework Agreement(s) will be signed for two years. Prequalification is open to all national applicants fulfilling eligibility requirements in the Prequalification Documents. Interested applicants may obtain information from TCP during office hours 0830 to 1630. Pre-qualification tender documents with detailed terms, conditions, procurement method, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee are available for purchase on payment of PKR 2,000 (Pak Rupees Two Thousand only) during 0830 to 1630 hours from TCP offices (except Saturday & Sunday) till 1100 hours on August 31st, 2026.
