Pre-Qualification for Construction, Repair, Electrical Installation and Water Seepage Works at Multiple Naval Sites

The Military Engineer Services (MES) Navy COMCOAST invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a diverse set of construction, repair, electrical, and maintenance works at various naval facilities. The works are to be executed at sites including PNS Karsaz Karachi, RDS Mianwali, PNS Qasim, ONH JNB Ormara, LSS Iqbal Creeks, Marine Canal Post, FP BN Younisbad, and PNS Makran. Interested firms must submit their applications by 27 August 2026 at the CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz Karachi. Only pre-qualified firms will be issued the tender documents, and the submission deadline for tenders is 04 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Items being procured: - Construction of 1 x Room along with store and washroom with complete fitting/fixtures for establishment of Gym at RDS Mianwali - Abnormal repair/maintenance works of wardroom and BOQs at PNS Qasim - Installation of 11 KVA battery charging points (up to 750 V, 3600 Amp and 2700 KW input supply 11 KVA) at south wharf ONH JNB Ormara - Completion of leftover work of 32 x Men Barrack at LSS Iqbal Creeks area - Provision of 330 ft access road with 6.5 ft top width and 4.5 ft height including 04 x bunkers and 09 x solar lights with poles at suitable distance at Marine Canal Post - Provision of embankment (125 ft x 125 ft) with 6.5 ft wide walking track and 4.5 ft height at marine canal post - Provision and installation of exhaust hood along with accessories at Ship's Galley 2nd FP BN Younisbad - Water seepage treatment of wardroom and Iqbal barrack at PNS Makran The technical scope covers civil construction, electrical installation, road and embankment works, and specialized repair and maintenance at sensitive naval locations. Eligible firms must be on the approved list 'D' of MES contractors or other government departments, and must provide valid PEC registration and a bank statement. Firms not on the MES approved list must submit proof of experience, staff, tools, and financial standing, attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required from non-approved or suspended contractors, deposited in the name of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST. This is refundable if not pre-qualified. Applications must be complete with all required proforma details of past and ongoing works. Submission is at the CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Office, PNS Karsaz Karachi.
