Pre-Qualification for Construction, Repair, Maintenance and Miscellaneous Facilities Works at NDU Complex Islamabad

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various construction, repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous facilities works at the National Defence University (NDU) Complex in Islamabad for the financial year 2025-26. The total contract value is Rs. 132,000,000 covering 48 contracts. Items being procured: - Construction works - Specific repair - Minor maintenance - Provision works - TC/DC of miscellaneous facilities of buildings and NDU Complex The scope includes a wide range of civil works at the NDU Complex, Islamabad. Contractors must have sufficient experience and meet the required standards to be eligible. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders will be issued only to firms that satisfy the conditions.
