Pre-Qualification of Contractors/Firms for Infrastructure Development Works in Bin Qasim Industrial Zone Karachi

The Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry (BQATI) invites reputed contracting companies and firms to apply for pre-qualification for infrastructure development works in the Bin Qasim Industrial Zone, Karachi. The scope of work includes Roads, Culvert, Storm-Water Drain, and allied works. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification for contractors/firms for infrastructure development works including Roads - Culvert - Storm-Water Drain - Allied infrastructure works Applicants must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate for the year 2026 with category C-II or above and relevant codes CE-01, CE-10 for infrastructure and allied works. Firms must demonstrate adequate technical and managerial personnel, machinery, equipment, and financial capacity to undertake the proposed works. Additionally, NTN certificates from FBR (active taxpayer) and registration with SRB (active taxpayer) are mandatory. Pre-qualification documents can be collected from Plot No A-19, NWIZ, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi upon payment of Rs.5,000/- (non-refundable) per set during office hours. Payments should be made in favor of Bin Qasim Association of Trade & Industry via Pay Order or Bank Draft. Interested firms must submit their applications on or before 11:00 am on 16-09-2026 at the BQATI office, Karachi. Delayed, conditional, or telegraphic proposals will not be entertained. Only pre-qualified contracting firms will be invited to collect the tender document. Bidders are advised to ensure all mandatory documents and certifications are complete and valid before submission to avoid disqualification. Early collection of pre-qualification documents is recommended to allow sufficient time for preparation.
