Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Miscellaneous Works at HIT Taxila Cantt (FY 2026-27)

Military Engineer Services is inviting applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a comprehensive range of civil, electrical, mechanical, and miscellaneous works at HIT Taxila Cantt for the Financial Year 2026-27. This notice is specifically for contractors with MES category A, B, C, D, or E, and all works are to be executed at HIT Taxila Cantt. Items being procured: - Re-construction of boundary wall of CMES Office (355 Rft) - Rehab of 32 Men Block of MES Accommodation and Misc Office Works - Repair/Maintenance of Tuff Paver and new Gate with boundary wall - Construction of New WT-21 & Retaining Wall - Technical Charges for Zone A, B, C - Construction of 2x Small Bridges/culverts - Construction of 1x Guard Room at Gate No. 05 - Upgradation of Electric System in Turret, Hull & Assy Shop (8 x DBs incl 3 x Hull Shop, 4 x Turret Shop & 1 x Assy Shop) - Technical Charges for B&R, E&M, W/S & F&S - Repair/replacement of 1 x HT Cable Shop 5 - Replacement of Faulty Bldg Lights - Prod Shops - Repair of 2 x wash rooms in shed 19 - Internal distemper/paint (including gates) in shed 19 - Repair of steel gates qty - 2 in shed 19 - Repair/replacement of window & ventilator glasses - Construction of Shed of MT Shed (1500 sft) - Misc Works B&R, E&M, W&S & F&S - Technical Charges for Zonal Offices Rwp, Lhr & Kci - DC Work B&R Sub Divn A - Auction of store E&M, B&R, W/S & F&S The technical scope covers a wide array of construction, electrical upgrades, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including boundary walls, bridges, electrical distribution boards, lighting, and specialized repairs in production and accommodation facilities. Contractors must provide proof of MES registration, financial standing, and details of similar works executed in the last two years. Non-MES listed firms must submit a bank certificate, tools/plants details, and a statement of experience. Earnest money at 2% of the quoted cost is required for non-approved or suspended contractors, refundable if not prequalified. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 28 Aug 2026. The deadline for submission is 04 Sep 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening on the same day at 1200 hours. All applications must be complete and submitted as per the proforma provided in the notice.
