The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various electrical, civil, and allied works at HIT Taxila Cantt. Interested firms must submit their applications within fifteen (15) days after advertisement as per PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Items being procured: - Provision of External Electrification UK feeder to Mini Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt - Provision of External Electrification Mini Sub Station to CN Section Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt - Upgradation of Water Supply Line for S-VIQ OTRs at HIT Taxila Cantt - Upgradation of W/Supply line from OHWT to CFS, Bldg No. 40 & NBTL & TSF OTRs at HIT Taxila Cantt - Rehab/Up-Gradation of Misc Street (S-III area) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of 5 x Car Parking Shed for CMA at HIT Taxila Cantt - Roof Repair including allied E&M works at HIT Taxila Cantt - 30 x Work stations with Chairs for QMD at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/Replacement of Roof of Skylights of MTI Wksp Shed at HIT Taxila Cantt - Electrical connection and Pre-Fab Compartment for 3D SLS Printer at HIT Taxila Cantt - Civil and allied works for UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of drain and Misc works for UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair of main Electrical Supply Cable at UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Periodic Services and maintenance of the Admin Management Block Water Pump Room, Electric Switch Room, office adjacent to the Boiler House / Security Office and Guard Room at the entrance, Factory Gates and Boundary Walls at HIT Taxila Cantt - Pre-fab Community Toilet Block for workers (20 x Toilets) in allied utilities and works at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair of 23 x faulty high bay light 100 W in Tech Bldg at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair of 27 x Industrial Bracket Fans in Tech Bldg and 10 x HIT Arm Shop at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/replacement of exhaust fans qty-4 in shed 19 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/replacement of lights qty-25 85 watt in shed 19 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair / Repair of 2 x Air Circuit Breaker of Shop-K at HIT Taxila Cantt - Provision of Water Supply and Gas Connection to boiler (SPS) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Boiler room for installation of Boiler size 25 x 39 Height 20, Door size 12 x 12 (SPS) at HIT Taxila Cantt The scope covers electrical, civil, and allied maintenance and repair works at various locations within HIT Taxila Cantt. Contractors must have relevant PEC categories A, B, C, D, or E and provide proof of FBR/ATL registration, financial standing, and experience of similar works executed in the last two years. Earnest money of 2% of the bid amount in the form of FDR or CDR is required. Applications must be submitted by 27 August 2026. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the eligibility criteria and will be scrutinized accordingly. Tender submission deadline is 01 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours on the same day.
