Pre-Qualification and Tender for Electrical Repair, Water Supply, and Miscellaneous Construction Works in Balochistan

The Military Engineer Service (MES) under ACE 12 Corps Quetta invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various electrical, water supply, and miscellaneous construction works across multiple locations in Balochistan. The tender covers repair and rewinding of transformers and motors, general electrical works, water supply system upgrades, and miscellaneous repair and renovation works. Items being procured: - TC Internal / External Electric for Repair / Rewinding of transformers & motors and General Electric works at Khuzdar - TC Internal / External Electric and Water Supply at Khuzdar - Upgrade of External Electric Supply / Provision of One Point Supply at Sibi - Upgrade of Sewerage System at Quetta - Miscellaneous Repair / Renovation, Construction Works at Quetta, Khuzdar, Kashmore, Zhob, Loralai, Chaman, Sibi, Sui, Malir, Pano Aqil & Gwadar under AOR of ACE 12 Corps These works involve electrical and water supply system repairs and upgrades, as well as civil construction and renovation across a wide area under the jurisdiction of ACE 12 Corps. Firms must be registered with MES in categories A to C and hold valid PEC registration in the relevant field. Complete credentials and details of completed or ongoing projects with satisfactory completion certificates are required. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted to the accepting officer ACE 12 Corps by 16 October 2026 at 1130 hours. The tender opening will take place the same day at 1200 hours. Interested firms may be present at the opening. The accepting office reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules 2004.
