Pre-Qualification of Firms/Sole Proprietors/Dealers for Close Framework Agreement for Building Accessories and Machinery Maintenance

The Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from firms, sole proprietors, and dealers who own state-of-the-art shops for the supply of various building accessories items and for the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Different types of building accessories items - Repair and maintenance services for machinery and equipment This procurement is aimed at establishing a close framework agreement with qualified vendors who are registered with PPRA and are also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Additionally, bidders must be included in the Active Tax Payer's List of FBR. The scope covers supply and maintenance services related to building accessories and machinery at FBR headquarters. Eligibility criteria and terms and conditions for pre-qualification are available on the PPRA/FBR website and can be downloaded free of cost. Hard copies of original documents can be obtained from Room No. 518 at the FBR office before the closing date. All bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 24th August 2026, following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 300,000 in an acceptable form must accompany all bids. The sealed bids will be opened on 24th August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the conference room of FBR (HQ) Islamabad. The Federal Board of Revenue reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
