Pre-Qualification of Firms for Nationwide Centralized Panel of Service Providers

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC), the national public service broadcaster based in Islamabad, invites applications from eligible firms, companies, and workshops for pre-qualification under PPRA Rule 16-A. This is for the establishment of a nationwide centralized panel of service providers through PTVC's Central Procurement Cell. The panel will cover services for PTVC Headquarters Office, PTV News, Pakistan TV/ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, and all Provincial Television Centers including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, and Re-broadcast Stations (RBSs) for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification applications for firms/companies/workshops to provide various services nationwide as part of a centralized panel The technical scope includes providing services on an as-and-when-required basis initially for one year, extendable for two years on an annual basis with mutual consent. The services cover multiple locations across Pakistan, requiring a broad capability to serve diverse regional offices and stations. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, be active taxpayers, and fulfill eligibility requirements as per bidding documents. The bidding documents can be obtained from the Head of Procurement office at PTVC Headquarters Islamabad during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 in the form of Pay Order/CDR. Applications must be prepared according to instructions and submitted to the Controller Audit / Chairman Senior Tender Committee, PTVC Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad by 22nd July 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
