Tender Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites bids for pre-qualification of firms, contractors, and suppliers in various miscellaneous categories through an open framework agreement for PMDC Collieries Sor Range, Sharigh, Degari, and Branch Office, Quetta. This tender is issued by the Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation based in Quetta, Balochistan.
Items being procured:
- Stationary Items, office supplies, cartridges, Printing of Stationary, Pana-flex, Banners, Boards, Book Binding, Compiling
- Computer Hardware & Accessories (IT Equipment's), Networking, Communication Tools, Security Equipment's, Cameras/CCTV, repair/maintenance servicing
- Furniture & Fixture, Chairs, Tables, Curtains, Blinds, Repair/Maintenance Servicing
- Civil Works, Electrical Works (UPS, Battery, Stabilizers, Submersible, Wires etc.), Plumbing, Electronics Items, Hardware, Excavation Services, Air Conditioners and Repair/Maintenance Servicing
- General Consumable Items (Food items, Crockeries, Toiletries, Dustbins)

The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including office supplies, IT hardware and security equipment, furniture maintenance, civil and electrical works, plumbing, electronics, excavation, air conditioning, general consumables, plants, vehicle parts, transportation, and travel services. The work will be executed primarily at PMDC Collieries and branch offices in Quetta.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and respective revenue boards for income and sales tax, and must be on the active taxpayer list. Firms should have relevant experience and PEC registration where applicable. The pre-qualification documents can be purchased from PMDC Head Office Islamabad or PMDC Branch Office Quetta at a cost of Rs.1500.
The hard copies of proposals must reach the PMDC Branch Office, Quetta on or before 17.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants who wish to attend.
