Tender Description

The Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication) Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from interested firms, dealerships, and workshops for repair and maintenance of machinery items through a Framework Agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at recurrent repair and maintenance services of machinery equipment and transport as and when required by the department. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services of all machinery items - Technical personnel, machinery, tools, diagnostic equipment, and other plant/facilities for services - Workshop/repairing and inspection space with functional facilities - Genuine or quality-assured parts and consumables as per specifications Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and capability in machinery repair and maintenance. They should possess valid NTN and STRN/GST registration and submit an affidavit declaring no blacklisting by any Federal or Provincial Government department or other procuring agency. The pre-qualified service provider must maintain an emergency response arrangement and respond to urgent repair requirements within the agreed response time, including outside normal working hours if necessary. Bid security/earnest money of Rs. 35,000/- in the form of call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Islamabad, must accompany the application. Applications must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 by 11:00 a.m. on 23.10.2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the Collectorate of Customs (Adjudication), Custom House, Islamabad. This notice is published through the prescribed PPRA/EPADS mechanism and is also available on the FBR website. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
