Tender Description
The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Islamabad, invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed contractors, suppliers, firms, and workshops registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having their own workshops, stocks, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for pre-qualification of procurements, works, and services during the Financial Year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Pre-qualification of workshops for repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles
- Repair and maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment
- Repair and maintenance of plant and machinery items
- Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures
The scope includes repair and maintenance of vehicles, hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture. Firms must have their own complete setup including garage, spare parts availability, and technical experts in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Valid registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments is mandatory, and financial soundness must be demonstrated with a bank statement from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026. An affidavit regarding non-blacklisting on stamp paper of at least Rs. 100 must be attached.
Bids must be prepared with bid security of 5% of the estimated cost against each category of repair and maintenance work. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in favor of the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad before the closing time. The bid validity period is until 30-06-2027. One bidder can apply for one category depending on eligibility.
Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from the Special Investment Facilitation Council, Prime Minister's Office. Bids must be submitted by 07.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the Prime Minister's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 234-B, Special Investment Facilitation Council.
