Pre-Qualification of Firms for Supply of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, Miscellaneous Filters and Firms/Workshops for Open Frame Work Agreement

National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites sealed bids from well-reputed eligible firms/vendors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for pre-qualification under Open Frame Work Agreement for the period of three years (2026-27, up to FY 2028-29). Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification of Firms for the Supply of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, and Miscellaneous Filters - Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops for Open Frame Work Agreement The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all applicable regulations and guidelines. Pre-Qualification documents will be submitted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) version 2.0 along with the provision of documents as per the address mentioned in the notice. All proposals must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of a Bank Draft/CDR (refundable) drawn in favor of DDO, NHMP N-5 (North) Zone. The bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on ePADS version 2.0, while the original Bank Draft/CDR must be submitted before the opening of the tender. In case the opening date is declared a public holiday by the Government, the next working date shall be deemed the date for submission and opening of tenders at the same time and place. The NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid in accordance with PPRA Rules. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids/proposals online through ePADS version 2.0. The original bids/proposals must also be submitted on or before 11:00 AM on 29-10-2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the DIG N-5 North Zone, Qaiser Waseem Plaza G-13/3, Islamabad. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and bid security requirements. Timely submission and adherence to the ePADS system procedures are critical for successful participation.
