Pre-Qualification for Hiring of Audit Firms for NAVTTC Programs

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification through EPADS v2.0 from eligible audit firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services for NAVTTC Programs. The objective is to pre-qualify audit firms for NAVTTC programs through a subsequent selection process. Only pre-qualified applicants will be entitled to participate in the procurement proceedings subsequently. The pre-qualification process is open to all audit firms operating in Pakistan subject to fulfilling eligibility requirements mentioned in the respective Pre-qualification Documents. Interested applicants may obtain further information from the NAVTTC Internal Audit Section through EPADS v2.0 during office hours. A complete set of Pre-qualification Documents may be accessed by interested applicants through EPMS / PPRA Website. Applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Pre-qualification Documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before August 26, 2026 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at August 26, 2026 11:30 AM. Entities not yet registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. In terms of Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified and available on EPADS v2.0 as well as Authority's website (www.ppra.org.pk).
