Pre-Qualification for Supply of Imported Auditorium / Hall Chairs and Woolen Carpet

The Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra), Government of Punjab, Lahore invites applications for pre-qualification from eligible firms, companies, manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors, and suppliers registered and operating in Pakistan through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ for subsequent procurement under the Revenue Component of CMI ADP Scheme. Items being procured: - Imported Auditorium / Hall Chairs - Woolen Carpet The procurement covers Hall-I, Hall-II & Hall-III, Mall Complex and Hall-I & Hall-II, Cultural Complex, Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra). Applicants must complete and authenticate their applications by uploading prescribed documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time. Late applications will not be entertained. Only firms successfully pre-qualified will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The pre-qualification does not guarantee contract award. Key dates include the Pre-Bid Clarification Meeting on 2026-10-05 and Application Submission and Opening on 2026-10-14 at 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM respectively. Applicants are advised to complete the uploading and submission process well before the deadline. Any issues related to submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System are the responsibility of the applicant. The response time will be calculated in accordance with PPRA requirements from the date of advertisement publication.
