Pre-qualification of IT Firms for Supply and Maintenance of IT Equipment

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad is inviting applications for the pre-qualification of IT firms for the fiscal year 2026-27. This pre-qualification aims to identify capable suppliers who can provide on-demand supply and maintenance of IT equipment and related services to NDMA. The technical scope covers a wide range of IT hardware and accessories, including networking and audiovisual equipment, ensuring NDMA's operational readiness. Eligible firms must have at least five years of experience in similar contracts, FBR/ATL registration, and demonstrate technical staff availability. PEC category is not explicitly mentioned but experience and dealership certificates for 1-2 products are required. Financial capacity with an average annual turnover between PKR 50-100 million and completion certificates from at least five clients are mandatory.
