Pre-Qualification & Bidding for Misc Works and Consultancy Services at DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad

The DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad invites applications for Pre-Qualification and Bidding from firms and contractors enlisted with MES for various miscellaneous works and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. The bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors. Items being procured: - Construction / Left Over Work Provision / Installation of Certain Residential / Non Residential / Services / Facilities at DCI Islamabad - Consultancy Services (Design / RE Supervision) for Certain Works at DCI Islamabad The scope includes civil construction works and consultancy services related to design and resident engineering supervision. The works are to be executed at the DCI Islamabad site with adherence to quality and timelines. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR registration, and submit earnest money as specified. The sealed bids will be received at the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad until 1230 hrs on 11 September 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1400 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives.
