Pre-Qualification for Procurement of Goods and Services for Monitoring and Reporting Cell Ministry of Information and Broadcasting

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and companies for procurement of goods and services on an as-and-when required basis for the Monitoring and Reporting Cell for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The pre-qualification process will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable government instructions. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and fulfill eligibility requirements as per bidding documents. Items being procured: - Goods and services for Monitoring and Reporting Cell Bidding documents can be obtained from the Section Office (General Administration) of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Islamabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000 in the National Bank of Pakistan after obtaining the proforma from the Ministry. Only bids submitted after successful payment of the prescribed bidding document fee will be considered eligible. Failure to submit the required bidding documents fee will result in disqualification. Applications/proposals must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0 portal on or before 07.09.2026 by 12:00 PM. The opening of applications will be on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. The notice and bidding documents are also available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.moib.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal. Maintaining compliance with PPRA rules and timely payment of the bidding document fee is critical to avoid disqualification.
