Pre-Qualification of Printing Presses and Firms for FY 2026-2027

The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (DEMP) Islamabad invites reputed Printing Presses and Firms based in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore to apply for pre-qualification for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender aims to select technically sound and experienced printing service providers to meet the latest printing requirements on a competitive basis. Items being procured: - Printing Press services from reputed Printers/Printing Presses The scope includes providing comprehensive printing services as per the Directorate’s requirements. Applicants must demonstrate adequate technical soundness and requisite experience in the printing industry. The pre-qualification process requires submission of detailed company profiles, NTN/STRN, Vendor Number of AGPR, and active taxpayer status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Applications must be submitted by 30th July 2026 at 11:30 AM via the e-bidding system EPADSv2.0. The original Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted physically to DEMP, B.F. Building, Room No. 18, Block B-1, 2nd Floor, Zero Point, Islamabad. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADSv2.0 to participate. This tender is ideal for printing firms with valid NTN, STRN, and AGPR vendor registration, along with proven experience in government printing contracts. The technical bid should be comprehensive and comply with all terms and conditions available on the PPRA website and DEMP portal. A key tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADSv2.0, as late or manual submissions will be rejected. Also, carefully prepare the Bid Security as per instructions to avoid disqualification. The Directorate reserves the right to accept or reject any pre-qualification application without assigning any reason.
