Pre-Qualification and Registration for Medical and Surgical Disposable Items at DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal

DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal invites bids through Punjab e-procurement system (eP) for the following pre-qualification/registration of LPO bidders for supply of medicines and surgical disposable/medical devices on day to day basis. Bids are invited through Punjab e-procurement system (eP) from well reputed Retail Pharmacies having Drug Sale License on Form 9, which should be within 10 Km radius of the hospital for supplying Multinational / Imported medicines / National Medicines and Medical Devices / Surgical Disposables items as LP Contractor for the year 2026-27 (on day to day basis). Items being procured: - Prequalification/Registration as DPOD Vendors for Local Purchase of National / Multinational / Imported medicines & Medical Devices / Surgical Disposable Items (day to day basis) - Prequalification / Registration of LPO vendors for supply of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items - Procurement with Petty Purchase / Limited Purchase through quotation for purchase of Medicines / Medical Devices / Surgical Disposables. The prequalification/registration is open for reputed firms, pharmacies, and vendors within 10 Km radius. Bidding documents in English language containing detailed requirements, terms & conditions can be obtained/downloaded from the ePRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and e-procurement website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The whole bidding process shall be conducted exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA. The original performance guarantee/tender security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft as prescribed in the bidding documents (issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan) in the name of Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal shall be delivered to DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal before the closing time otherwise bid will be rejected straightaway. All documents should contain proper page marking with paper tags, attached in sequence with index for evaluation along with the signature of authorized person. Moreover, signing and stamping of each page of bidding documents/firms is mandatory otherwise bid shall be rejected straightaway. Bids validity period is 180 days. Firms are required to prepare the bids carefully and attach all the documents as per Technical Evaluation criteria. In case the opening date is declared as a public holiday or a non-working day by the Government, the bids shall be opened on the next official working day at the same time & venue. The bid submission deadline shall remain unchanged as specified in the e-procurement system Punjab. All taxes will be applicable as per rules of the Government of the Punjab. Note: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening and awarding etc. shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). In case of any conflict between bidding documents and PPRA Rules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
