Pre-Qualification and Registration of Local Suppliers/Contractors for Supply of Ration Items to Pakistan Air Force Central Air Command Lahore

Pakistan Air Force Central Air Command Lahore invites applications for pre-qualification and registration of reputable, well-experienced, financially sound local suppliers and contractors for the supply of ration items. These items include dry and fresh items such as Semolina, Vermicelli, Grinding Services of wheat, Condiments, Lentil Seeds, Bengal Gram Flour, Rice, Cooking Oil, Milk Powder, Sugar, Tea Leaves, Green Tea, Meat, Vegetables, Fruits, Squash, Salt, Ice, Fire Wood, and Bread. The supply is intended for Central Air Command (CAC) and PAF Bases of CAC located in Lahore. Interested parties can collect application forms from the office of the Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Central Air Command, PAF Lahore & Oi/c Catering Flight, PAF Bases starting from 25 September 2026 during working hours from 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs. Applications must be duly marked with 'Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items' and submitted in sealed envelopes to the undersigned by 25 September 2026 during working hours 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs. Late applications will not be entertained. Applicants must provide detailed company information including ownership, bank account summaries, company profile, registration documents, CNIC copies, registration with major organizations, bank certificates, tax registration certificates, litigation details if any, affidavits, work experience especially with government institutions like Army/Navy, contractor domicile certificates, and any additional relevant information. This pre-qualification process ensures that only financially sound and experienced suppliers are registered for future procurement of ration items.
