Pre-Qualification for Repair Maintenance Services for Financial Year 2026-27

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, through its Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh in Karachi, invites pre-qualification applications for repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to GST holders, firms, and vendors registered with FBR and included in the active tax payer list. Items being procured include: - Transportation of Goods - Conference / Seminar / Workshop - Exhibition, Fair and Others - Transport (Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles) - Machinery Items (AC, Lift, Photocopier Machine, Generator Repair & Maintenance) - Repair of Office Buildings The scope covers maintenance and repair of vehicles, machinery, office buildings, and support for events and transportation logistics. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience with government departments and submit a refundable bid bond of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the office for Rs. 1000. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Tender Documents' by 25 September 2026, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. All proposals must quote prices inclusive of all applicable taxes in PKR. The government will deduct taxes as per law. Firms must provide an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting by any government or semi-government entity. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. Earnest money of successful bidders will be retained as performance guarantee throughout FY 2026-27.
