Pre-qualification for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles, Buildings, Machinery, Furniture, and IT Equipment

The Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and States and Frontier Regions invites pre-qualification applications from workshops, firms, and vendors registered with sales tax and income tax departments and listed on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-2027 and focuses on repair and maintenance services for a variety of assets located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Vehicles - Repair and maintenance of Office and Other Buildings - Repair and maintenance of Machinery and Equipment - Repair and maintenance of Furniture and Fixtures - Repair and maintenance of Computer Hardware and Software - Repair and maintenance of IT Equipment The scope includes comprehensive servicing and upkeep of vehicles, buildings, machinery, furniture, and IT infrastructure. The firms must have their own offices, stock, manpower, and expertise to handle these tasks efficiently. The office or workshops of the firms must be situated in Islamabad to be eligible. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have a proven track record in similar repair and maintenance services. The tender requires submission of bids through the PPRA E-Procurement portal (EPAD-v2.0) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Original tender documents must also be submitted physically to the Ministry by 11:00 hours on 11th August 2026, at Committee Room 1, 1st floor, R Block, Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and States and Frontier Regions, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of both online and original documents, as late submissions will not be entertained.
