Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Services of Transport, Office Building, Hardware, IT Equipment, Furniture, and Machinery

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory, invites pre-qualification bids from reputable firms, suppliers, and contractors for repair and maintenance services covering a broad range of categories. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026-2027 and is extendable for three years under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Repair Work / Maintenance of Transport / vehicles / Motorcycles including Spare Parts, Repair / Maintenance, Batteries, Wheel Alignment, Denting/Painting, Electrical work, AC Service, Tires of vehicles - Repair / Maintenance of Office Building / Civil Work - Repair of Hardware, Computers, Printers, Software Maintenance, Repair of IT equipment - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Repair of Machinery and office Equipment The scope includes repair and maintenance of transport vehicles and motorcycles, office building civil works, hardware and IT equipment maintenance, furniture repair, and machinery upkeep. Firms must be registered with SECP as companies or businesses, have FBR registration, and be included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should also be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0 and have NTN/GST. The work location is Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Earnest money in the form of a pay order amounting to Rs. 100,000 is required separately for each work discipline in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, ICT. This amount will be refunded after contract expiry. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per tax laws. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and a hard copy of the proposal/bid document must reach the office by 23/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Use of unfair means or submission of fake documents will result in blacklisting. The Deputy Commissioner reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
