Pre-Qualification for Repair, Maintenance, Construction and Event Management Services at Ministry of Planning Islamabad

The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives Islamabad invites reputed firms and contractors based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad to submit e-applications for pre-qualification for the financial year 2026-27. The pre-qualification is for various repair, maintenance, construction, and event management services at the Ministry's 'P' Block and its premises. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of electrical/IT equipment and machinery including Air Conditioners, Photocopy Machines, Fax Machines, Computers, Laptops, Refrigerators, Electric Heaters & Kettles, LED TVs, Fans, all kinds of telephone sets and telephone exchange including exchange cards - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixture items such as Chairs, Sofa sets, Tables, Doors & door related items, Windows, Boards, Wood Cabinets & Racks - Construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation activities of the office building - Repair and maintenance of official vehicles - Event Management services The scope covers electrical and IT equipment upkeep, furniture repairs, civil works for office building maintenance, vehicle servicing, and organizing events. Interested bidders must be registered with the AGPR, have valid Income Tax, Sales Tax Department registration, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for civil works. Active tax payer status is mandatory. Electronic pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 at www.epads.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 on or before Friday, 4th September 2026 till 1100 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic proposals will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs on www.epads.gov.pk. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is available on the Ministry's website www.pc.gov.pk, EPADS, and PPRA portals. Bidders are advised to carefully review the pre-qualification documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Early registration and document preparation are recommended to address any technical issues well before the deadline.
