Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair and Maintenance Workshops and Services Islamabad

Project Invest Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids/proposals from reputed Contractors, Suppliers, Firms, and Workshops registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. The purpose is pre-qualification for procurement of various works and services during Financial Year 2026-2027 in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of workshop(s) for repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles - Repair and maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment - Repair and maintenance of plant and machinery items - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures The scope covers repair and maintenance services for vehicles, motorcycles, hardware, IT equipment, plant machinery, and furniture. Interested parties must have their own workshops, stocks, manpower, and expertise in these areas. Eligibility requires NTN, GST, Vendor Number, and Active Tax Payer Certificates by FBR. Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from Project Invest Pakistan at the Prime Minister's Office. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on or before 06.10.2026 at 1100 hours. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders at the Prime Minister's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 233-B. Earnest Money and bid security requirements are as per PPRA Rules 2004. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to distribute business among bidders according to Rule-33 of PPRA Rules.
