Pre-Qualification for Authorized Service Providers for Repair Maintenance and IT Services

The Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from authorized service providers, workshops, firms, and contractors for the financial year 2026-2027 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS 2.0). The services are divided into three LOTs: - LOT-I (Repair maintenance of office furniture, office machinery & equipment and IT equipment, renovation and modification of office facility) - LOT-II (Installation of software, troubleshooting, license renewal and credit renewal) - LOT-III (Repair maintenance of official vehicles and emergency breakdown services within city limits) This corrigendum clarifies that the closing date for submission of bids is on the 24th of September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The scope covers maintenance and repair of office furniture, machinery, IT equipment, software installation and support, as well as vehicle maintenance and emergency services within Islamabad city limits. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding instructions provided in the EPADS 2.0 system.
