Pre-Qualification for Repair Maintenance and IT Services by Digital Communication Department

The Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites authorized service providers, workshops, firms, and contractors to pre-qualify through PPRA for the financial year 2026-2027. The pre-qualification is for the following LOT wise services: - LOT-I (Repair maintenance of office furniture, office machinery & equipment and IT equipment, renovation and modification of office facility) - LOT-II (Installation of software, troubleshooting, license renew and credit renewal) - LOT-III (Repair maintenance of official vehicles and emergency breakdown services within city limits) Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. They must also meet the criteria set forth in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Tender documents essential for pre-qualification can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. Only bids submitted after payment of this bid document fee will be entertained; failure to pay will disqualify the bid and firm from participation. Bids prepared according to the bidding instructions must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 16th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The notice and further details are also available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.moib.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their submissions in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules and ensure timely delivery to avoid disqualification. Early collection of tender documents is recommended to allow sufficient time for preparation.
