Repair works must use genuine parts with manufacturer warranty and after-sales service. The office building maintenance requires skilled masons, carpenters, plumbers, and PEC registration. Vehicle services must provide well-maintained air-conditioned vehicles with licensed drivers and vehicle tracking systems. Eligibility criteria require a minimum of three years of reputable experience with public and private agencies, valid GST and NTN registration, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, firm registration under applicable laws, and relevant professional registrations such as IATA for travel services, PEC for building works, and DTS for vehicle rental.
