Tender Description
National Accountability Bureau Multan invites reputable firms and vendors registered with e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) version 2.0 for pre-qualification to provide repair and maintenance services and supply various items. The procurement includes repair and maintenance of Transport, IT Equipment, Furniture & Fixture, Plant & Machinery, and purchase of stationery items. Other items include Photocopy/Binding services, Advertisement/Souvenir items, and Tyres for official vehicles.

The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage – One Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules 2004 36(a). Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS; hard copies will not be accepted. Firms must be on the Active Tax Payers List and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Vendor and GST numbers must be clearly mentioned. Business centers, shops, or stocks should be in an approachable area.
Tender documents and item lists are available at www.ppra.gov.pk and www.nab.gov.pk. A refundable call deposit of 2% of the total bid price in favor of NAB (M) is required and will be retained during the warranty period. Selected firms will supply all items for the financial year 2026-2027 at tendered prices as per approved samples. Failure to comply will result in action as per PPRA rules.
Bids must be submitted through e-PADS version 2.0 by 28/08/2026 (Friday) at 11:00am. Opening will be on the same day at 11:30am at NAB Multan office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered on the e-PADS portal and all tax documentation is up to date before submission to avoid disqualification.
